MegaBitAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the mobile game Pourli: Water & Color Sort Puzzle (the “App”). You can contact us at support@megabitai.com.
The App has no user accounts, no log-in, and no online user profile. There is nothing to “delete” on our side because we never receive your identity. Uninstalling the App removes your game progress from your device permanently. If you would still like us to confirm that no personal account exists for you, email support@megabitai.com.
We do NOT collect:
We do collect, in aggregate and pseudonymous form:
Your game state — levels completed, coins, fragments, theme, sound settings, and similar local data — is stored on your device only, using the Hive local database. It never leaves your device. If you uninstall the App, this data is permanently lost; we cannot recover it.
The free version of the App is supported by Google AdMob advertising, including rewarded, interstitial, and banner formats. In regions where prior consent is required, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Google User Messaging Platform consent form is presented the first time ads would be shown. Your choice is remembered on the device.
To withdraw or change your advertising-consent choice, email support@megabitai.com with the subject line “Consent reset” and we will provide instructions. You may also clear the App data or reinstall the App to be re-prompted.
If you purchase the Remove Ads in-app product, banner and interstitial ads are disabled. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch them.
The App integrates the following Google and Apple services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which governs its handling of the limited data listed above:
Relevant policies: Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy.
Pseudonymous analytics and crash data are retained by Google’s Firebase services according to their default retention windows, currently up to 14 months for analytics data and 90 days for Crashlytics non-fatal records. Because the data is not tied to your identity, we cannot delete a specific person’s records from these systems individually.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable digital-consent age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please email support@megabitai.com and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
Depending on where you live, for example under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data we hold about you, and the right to data portability. Because we hold no information that identifies you personally, the practical scope of these rights is limited. To exercise a right or ask a question, email support@megabitai.com — we aim to respond within 30 days.
California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Our service providers, including Google and Apple, operate globally and may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by law, these transfers rely on the providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
We use industry-standard transport encryption, HTTPS/TLS, for all network traffic. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but the App is designed so that no directly identifying information is ever sent off-device.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, announced inside the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
